What type of turbines will be used in the project?

The project is designed with four horizontal-axis Francis turbine units, each rated at 13.75 MW, to generate a total installed capacity of 50 MW.
How will electricity from the project be connected to the national grid?

Electricity will be evacuated through an approximately 4 km long, 132 kV double-circuit transmission line connecting the project switchyard to NEA’s Udipur Substation in Lamjung.
